Tara Miller is an Arizona native who received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Finance and Business Administration from Northern Arizona University graduating
Cum Laude. After working in investments and commercial finance for a few years,
she went on to earn her J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at
Arizona State University in 2006 and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar the same year.
As a law student, Ms. Miller was extensively involved in pro bono organizations and
fulfilled multiple leadership roles. She also worked as a Mediator for the Maricopa
County Justice Courts. She continued to develop her legal skills during her time as a
legal intern for both a Federal Government Agency and the Arizona State Court of Appeals.
Ms. Miller has experience in real estate and general business litigation, including
contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, mechanic's liens and tax lien foreclosure
actions as well as 1031 Improvement and Exchange transactions. Most recently,
her practice has been exclusively devoted to collections, both consumer and commercial.
She also manages the legal staff at our firm and consistently strives to create processes
which improve the efficiency and production of our team, which leads to maximum
collection for our clients.
